    If I pay by credit/debit card can you deliver to my work?

    It is possible to ship to an address other than on your credit card statement, You can pay by bank transfer or you can contact your credit card company and request them to register an additional or temporary address.

    Do the goods you supply include warranty?

    All products are supplied with a minimum of 12 months manufactures warranty. For details of the warranty that is supplied with each product range please contact our dedicated sales team via email (info@shopacer.co.uk) or by using the live chat feature, who will be able to advise you of the standard warranty's and available upgrades.

    How can I pay for my goods?

    You can pay for your purchase by cheque or postal order, all major credit cards. We only accept payment by Credit Card if the card is registered in the UK and we are delivering to the same UK address. There is a small surcharge of 1.4% for credit cards but there is no surcharge for Switc/Maestroh, Visa Delta Debit cards or if you pay by Bank Transfer. Please note we do not accept cheques paid directly into our Bank Account, all cheques must be posted to: ER-Media LTD, 70 Scarva Street, Banbridge, Co. Down, BT32 3AD with an order reference. Cheques that are paid directly into the bank will be rejected.

    What if I can't see the item I want on the site?

    Simply ask us, either by sending an email or telephoning our sales team, and we'll do what we can to get the item in stock for you.

    Is shopping online secure?

    We have a detailed security policy in place to ensure that your data is safe. All transactions are conducted on our secure server and all your data is kept on fully secure internal servers with full 128bit encryption.

    Do you have a Privacy Policy?

    Of course, We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

    What should I do if I have a complaint?

    We pride ourselves on our quality of service. We believe that the best form of marketing is through word of mouth and that those companies who succeed do so as a result of listening to their customers. In a recent independent survey of our customers, over 99% rated our service as excellent.
